Bio: I've been fatter than I should be for longer than I should have. That's got to stop now! I'm blogging my daily food intake and occasional thoughts to help keep me motivated. Not that I need to be too motivated, as I'm following Paul McKenna's Four Golden Rules, not actually worrying about food or dieting at all, listening to my body and its satiety signals and exercising very sensibly and sustainably.
