Eating Consciously – Day 4

Breakfast :

Medium portion of vegetable rice

Medium portion of aloo gobi

Medium portion of aloo saag peas

Medium portion of avocado, cucumber&tomato salad

1 Cup of coffee

Satiety level: Half way between pleasantly satisfied and full

Dinner:

Medium portion of Rice&Peas

Small portion of jerk chicken leg (left nearly all of it because we weren’t sure it was properly cooked! Despite deep frying for 12 mins and then oven cooking for a further 10 mins!)

Medium portion of avocado, cucumber and tomato salad

Small portion of omlette&fried bread

Satiety level: Pleasantly satisfied
